The Landing has a cozy village atmosphere, complete with strolling musicians, dancing fountains and a 1 1/2 -mile lakeside boardwalk. Condominiums and hotel rooms overlook the promenade, and the water show is not to be missed. The combination of dancing waters choreographed to lights, music and pyrotechnics happens every hour on the hour beginning at noon each day.
You can stay right on the Landing at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing. Branson Landing also offers a unique way to traverse the center. The custom trolleys circulate the entire length of the shopping Promenade and make frequent stops at four locations (check out the Branson Landing trolley schedule). So whether you are pressed for time or tired from a busy day of shopping, a trolley and its friendly driver will get you where you need to be! This is definitely a stop to add to your itinerary.

Good news: look for a new time limit on two downtown parking lots – the Pacific Street lot and the Awberry lot behind Dick's 5 & 10. These two lots have a 3-hour parking limit. All on-street parking has a two-hour limit, though. Be sure to park in one of those two lots if you plan to stay awhile in Downtown Branson!
