Comedian, singer and musician, Paul Harris has gone from comedy clubs to headlining his own shows in Branson. Paul's humor runs the gamut from bullridin' to politics – and the trailer parks in between. He's got that kind of show where you laugh so hard, it's hard to catch your breath! His talent extends to singing and playing bluegrass to rock – and plenty of surprises along the way.
Paul also tours with his music group The Cleverlys. The 5-member bluegrass comedy group performs original music and bluegrass covers of popular songs like "I Got A Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas, "Walk Like An Egyptian" by The Bangles, "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" by Beyonce, "I Kissed A Girl" by Katy Perry and many more. The group is a recent YouTube sensation garnering international attention. Watch this video of The Cleverlys to see what the fuss is about. Historical notes for the Paul Harris Show: previously performing at several Branson theaters - Pierce Arrow, Clay Cooper, The Caravelle, Yakov's Theatre, Music City Centre. Paul's show at The Caravelle also featured Clay Cooper, who found fame in 9 years of mc'ing Country Tonite!, and adding some powerful vocals is native Texan Kari Garrison, formerly with Shoji Tabuchi. The band are Dino Phillips, Branson Drummer of the Year in 1999, 2000, and 2001; fiddlers Anthony Wilson and Trent Wideman, who played with many major stars; guitarist Carl Garner, a veteran of the famed Gilley's; banjoist Steve Bush, 1991 National Banjo Champion; and steel guitarist Terry Bethel, who played 24 years with Mel Tillis.
